Where healthcare meets quality, this Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) role oversees social services programs, recruits staff, and provides clinical case supervision.
Requirements
- Must meet the definition of a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as defined by the Illinois Mental Health Code (LCSW, LCPC, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, PMHNP, LMFT, etc.)
- At least two (2) years of experience in direct care of individuals with psychiatric disorders
- Three (3) years of supervisory experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to act decisively and delegate authority
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
