Contract Administrator, Value Based Initiatives

The Contract Administrator, System Value Based Initiatives will make data-supported recommendations, develop contracting strategies, and negotiate with payers to ensure implementation and operational performance of contracts. The role will also assist in the evaluation of current contracts or development of new contracting opportunities, and perform special projects as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Health Care Administration
• 4-6 years in managed care negotiations and managed care network operations
• 1-3 years in and able to lead complex payer negotiations and mediation
