Job Description
Contract Administrator, Value Based Initiatives role makes data-supported recommendations and supports the development of contracting strategies with payers. Responsible for negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and educating System-wide departments on contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Health Care Administration
- 4-6 years in managed care negotiations and managed care network operations
- 1-3 years in leading complex payer negotiations and mediation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patients and AMHS contracts
