Job Description
Join our values-led organization committed to building a more resilient world with people and planet in mind. We are hiring a Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle of capital projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring technical, financial, and operational objectives are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering related discipline (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline required).
- 10+ years of experience managing capital projects in the chemical, petrochemical, or related process industries.
- Proven track record delivering multi-million-dollar capital projects in an operating plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of chemical process systems, unit operations, and process safety management (PSM).
- Experience with engineering design, construction management, and commissioning/startup.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
- Strong financial acumen, including cost estimating, forecasting, and capital budgeting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or PE preferred.
