Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related discipline (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline required).
• 15+ years of experience managing capital projects in the chemical, petrochemical, or related process industries.
• Proven track record delivering multi‐million‐dollar capital projects in an operating plant environment.
• Strong knowledge of chemical process systems, unit operations, and process safety management (PSM).
• Experience with engineering design, construction management, and commissioning/startup.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
• Strong financial acumen, including cost estimating, forecasting, and capital budgeting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‐management skills.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PE preferred.
