Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Significant experience in a technical or quality management role within the food manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, BRCGS) and quality management systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a technical team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and report writing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and industry best practices.
