Director, IT Risk & Compliance – Information Technology

Alberta Blue Cross is looking for a Director, IT Risk & Compliance to lead the IT team in managing technology risk, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks. The role will set the strategic direction for IT risk management and ensure the organization maintains a strong control environment and meets regulatory obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT risk management, compliance, or governance.
• 5+ years of leadership experience, including managing managers and multi-disciplinary teams.
