Job Description
The Court of King’s Bench of Alberta and Alberta Justice are seeking qualified lawyers for appointment as full-time Applications Judge (Family).
Requirements
- Be a Canadian citizen
- Be a member in good standing of the Law Society of Alberta
- Have extensive knowledge and familiarity with the Rules of Court of Alberta, the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta Family Focused Protocol, the rules of evidence, and applicable Provincial Statutes
- Have a minimum of 10 years legal experience
