Job Description
The Chief Crown Prosecutor, Appeals and Specialized Prosecutions will provide strategic leadership and ensure the branch remains aligned with ministry and government key strategies and outcomes. In this role, you will provide direction and leadership on all matters relating to the administration of criminal justice related to the mandate of specialized prosecutions and appeals.
Requirements
- Extensive related senior management and criminal law experience
- Minimum of 15+ years of senior assessed legal experience
- Minimum of 5+ years in a senior management role
- Experience with legal appeals and specialized, complex prosecutions
- Budget and financial planning experience
- Human resources experience
