Job Description
The Crown Prosecutor role is responsible for supporting the fair, consistent, and effective delivery of justice through principled prosecution and sound legal judgment. The role combines hands-on litigation with leadership, training, and policy support within a specialized provincial office.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD)
- Active membership or immediate eligibility for membership with the Law Society of Alberta
- Minimum 4 years experience after call to bar
