Executive Assistant

The Intergovernmental Relations Branch is looking for temporary Executive Support to provide short-term coverage in the Assistant Deputy Minister’s Office (ADMO). This position is expected to last 10 months, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will provide senior administrative services, information management and operational and project management as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience providing support to C-suite executives in a large/complex organization
• Proven ability to excel in fast paced environments, managing competing deadlines and balancing the heavy workload demands of senior business executives
• Experience booking travel and processing expense claims
