Program Analyst

The Program Analyst provides analysis and support services for agreements, initiatives, programs, grants, and other bi-lateral or trilateral agreements to eliminate the achievement gap between First Nations, Métis and Inuit students and other students in Alberta. The role involves developing and implementing strategic plans, building relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to operational and strategic decisions of the branch.

Requirements

• University graduation in Native Studies, Education, Political Science, or related field
• 2 years progressively responsible related experience
• Demonstrated political acumen and an ability to navigate changing priorities
• Proven ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders and partners
