Job Description
Alcazar Energy is seeking a HSE Engineer for Montenegro to monitor and ensure the environmental and social performance of projects. The role involves conducting inspections, ensuring QHSE requirements are met, and promoting a strong QHSE culture. The company emphasizes innovation and responsiveness, as well as sustainability and employee well-being.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Safety, Environmental or related field)
- NEBOSH and/or IOSH Certifications
- Quality Management Certificate/Training
- Montenegrin safety and health professional certification
- Montenegrin professional certification for Project Execution Coordinator (Master of Science/Doctorate preferred)
- Passionate about occupational health & safety and strong affinity working with contractors and subcontractors
- Fluent Montenegrin and English
