HSE Engineer

The HSE Engineer will support the implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Sustainability (QHSE) systems across Avanceon’s UAE operations and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline
• 4–6 years of experience in HSE, QHSE, or Sustainability (internship or project experience preferred)
• Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and IFC EHS Guidelines
• Certification or training in NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA 30-Hour / ISO Internal Auditor will be an advantage
• Understanding of sustainability frameworks (ISO 14064, GHG accounting, ESG) preferred
• Excellent communication, observation, and reporting skills
• Proficient in MS Office and basic data analysis/reporting tools
• Willingness to travel to project sites across UAE as required
