Senior Raffinate Process Engineer

The Senior Raffinate Process Engineer will develop, validate, and industrialize the raffinate processing pathway for Astraea's technical feasibility, commercial viability, and safe long-term operation. The role involves process engineering, experimentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Provide process engineering for raffinate experimentation at bench scale through pilot scale
• Define, schedule, monitor, and complete individual R&D testing
• Solve problems to the root cause and implement innovative solutions
• Collaborate with modeling scientists, metallurgists, and external consultants
• Provide functional guidance to laboratory technicians and other engineers/scientists
• Interface with external vendors and suppliers
• Explore and evaluate uses and markets for raffinate products
