The National Key Account Manager, eCommerce, Vision Care position requires a candidate with experience in Japan eCommerce channel account management, Key Account sales management, and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen and commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Japan eCommerce channel account management
• 3+ years of experience in Key Account sales management
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, with a successful track record of engaging internal stakeholders across divisions
• Proven experience managing business-critical customers and developing growth strategies across diverse customer channels
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Exceptional change management and leadership skills
• A proven leader in driving customer behaviour change
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
• Fluent Japanese skill / Business English proficiency skill
• Strong business acumen and commercial mindset
• Ability to multi-task effectively while maintaining high attention to detail
• Previous sales experience in channels involving Healthcare
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Japan and internationally as needed for business
• Proficiency in conducting gross-to-net business case justifications
• Solid strategic and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
