Sr Manager, HR Programs

As a Senior Program Manager, HR Programs, you will translate transformational priorities into actionable plans, partner with stakeholders on project strategy, and work hands-on to ensure key initiatives land with clarity and impact. You will help shape how the Elevate HR team solves problems, prioritizes work, and leverages technology to deliver a more intuitive and scalable associate experience.

Requirements

• 10 + years of progressive consulting experience in project/program management, preferably supporting HR functions and driving projects end-to-end
• Strong organization and HR project management experience across various disciplines
• Demonstrated experience building PM artifacts (plans, dashboards, dependency logs, budget trackers) and applying cost-control discipline
• Familiarity with project management methods that accelerate delivery
• Ability to connect project execution to broader HR strategy and ecosystem needs
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across functional boundaries
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on project execution
