Job Description
This role is a Senior Vice President position focused on Development Management for Real Estate projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves leading the creation of a program to identify and deliver the sale of D-Hold assets, negotiating development agreements, and actively managing investment analysis and post-deal execution. It requires leading multi-disciplinary teams and building strong relationships with stakeholders across public and private sectors.
Requirements
- Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to maintain productive relationships between various leaders, departments, and partners
- Strong existing knowledge of development management agreements and key commercial agreements
- Feasibility analysis including developing cashflows and investment analysis for Business Plans
- Knowledge and exposure of UAE / GCC real estate
- Development management skills
- Excellent numerical and analytical capabilities
