Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Cost Estimation, 10+ years of tendering experience with ERP, and 2+ years of managerial experience. Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and ethical considerations are also required
Sales Manager (DXB)
Minimum 4-6 years experience in residential real estate sales with a 100 million AED per annum track record. Requires tenant/customer relationship management skills and strong communication abilities. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred
Associate - Broker Management
Requires 4+ years experience in real estate brokerage with regional and international exposure. Must possess excellent negotiation skills and strong analytical capabilities. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is needed
Senior Associate - Development Projects Scheduling
Minimum 5+ years' experience in planning and control of real estate development projects (AED 2 billion+ annual revenue). Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or operations. Strong knowledge of GCC real estate market and Primavera P6 experience required

Seeking a candidate with at least 12 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams. Strong understanding of development management agreements and commercial agreements is required, alongside financial analysis and UAE/GCC real estate knowledge.
