Job Description
The Vice President - Development role involves managing development projects from inception to completion, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to achieve project deliverables. The role supports business development, identifies opportunities, sources investments, and develops feasibility studies for residential, retail, and mixed-use assets. The position requires continuous monitoring of design, budgets, and progress, and recommending solutions to ensure projects are on track and profitable. This role is exclusively for UAE Nationals.
