Alder Constructions is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team in Ballina, NSW. The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of contracts, ensure compliance with legal and company standards, and mitigate risk. They will work closely with project managers, site managers, and internal stakeholders to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and streamline contract processes.
Requirements
- Contract Management: Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Cost Control: Manage all cost control for head contract claims, variations, subcontract claims, monthly cost reporting
- Document Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documents.
- Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the contract lifecycle in a timely and effective manner.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve contract management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
