Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction or building management
• At least 5 years of experience in contracts administration within the building and construction industry
• Strong understanding of contract law and administration processes
• Excellent computer literacy, particularly with project management software
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach
