Junior Contract Adminstrator

Alder Group is seeking a Junior Contracts Administrator to work on a diverse range of commercial construction projects in Northern NSW. The successful candidate will support the tender and estimating delivery, conduct site inspections, and manage budgets and programs.

Requirements

• Cert IV in Contract Administration
• Construction management degree or similar relevant tertiary/trade qualification
• Jobpac experience (highly regarded)
• Minimum of 2 years practical experience in a similar Contract Administration role
• Reading drawings and undertaking quantity take offs
• Experience in preparing detailed contracts
• Experience managing variations, delays and contract claims
• Experience of monitoring project cash flow and reporting
• Accomplished communicator and negotiator
