As a Growth Development Representative I at Aledade Inc, you will drive the growth of our network by generating and qualifying leads for our sales team. You will identify primary care practices interested in joining our network and initiate meaningful conversations to understand their needs.
Requirements
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, to generate leads within the primary care sector
- Qualify leads by understanding practice needs and assessing their fit for Aledade's value-based care model
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified lead generation
