Job Description
Technical Product Manager for Patient Outreach role involves designing technical, service, and content solutions to support patient outreach programs and services. The role requires a key member of the team to drive the development and optimization of innovative voice outreach solutions leveraging AI and other advanced technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services industry, or a SaaS product
- Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design and build internal business understanding
- Experience with and understanding of the software development lifecycle and software development methodologies
- Product development experience in the context of the development of a healthcare technology product
