• Bring high-impact meetings to life — from leadership offsites to client sessions — handling logistics, materials, and seamless execution.
• Own executive travel and expenses end-to-end, creating smooth, stress-free experiences that keep the team moving forward.
• Serve as the information hub for the C-Suite, anticipating needs, prepping briefs and materials, and ensuring leaders show up informed, confident, and ready.
• Drive projects that truly matter, gathering insights, building compelling presentations, and delivering polished work that supports strategic decisions.
