Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative/procurement role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Ability to travel 5% of the time between Brisbane, California and Bedford, Massachusetts (about 10 days/year)
