Chief of Staff to the CRO (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to the Chief Research Officer (CRO) to act as a trusted partner and strategic enabler for Aleph Alpha’s research and tech organization.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in strategy, management consulting, or serving as a Chief of Staff / Operations leader within a fast-paced, technology-driven organization.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills with an open, collaborative working style.
• Strong understanding of both AI research and product development environments.
• Proven track record of driving complex, cross-functional projects and influencing at multiple levels.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
