The Machineseeker Group is looking for a Chief of Staff to drive relevant projects forward in close coordination with the C-Level, assist in the operational daily business, and define long-term initiatives. The role requires a degree with very good grades, 1-2 years of experience in a top consulting company, and excellent analytical skills, as well as a structured and independent working method.

• Drive relevant projects forward in close coordination with the C-Level

• Optimize internal processes using the maximum possible automation
• Create targeted analyses and decision-making templates for the C-Level
