Job Description
Kertos is the fastest-growing compliance startup in Europe, building the compliance engine for Europe through AI-native platform. As Chief of Staff, your purpose is to multiply the effectiveness of the founders and leadership team, strengthening alignment and trust across the organization.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in strategy, consulting, venture, or high-growth SaaS
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
- Excellent communication skills in German and English and executive presence
- High emotional intelligence and strong listening skills
- Sound judgment and the ability to challenge constructively
- Absolute integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters
- A bias for ownership, clarity, and disciplined execution
