Job Description
AlertMedia is seeking a Billing Manager to join the Finance & Accounting team. The role is responsible for owning and scaling billing operations, managing high-volume billing processes, and improving automation and scalability.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in billing, AR, or revenue operations
- Strong understanding of subscription and/or usage-based billing
- Experience managing high-volume billing processes
- Experience managing teams or serving as a team lead
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
