Tech Lead / PM (Crypto)

We are looking for a Tech Lead / PM with experience in the blockchain area to develop existing products, study and implement new technologies, and lead a team of 20 people. The position involves 30-50% of time for coding and requires experience in NodeJS, blockchain platforms, and large data volumes.

Requirements

• Development and maintenance of blockchain platforms, including private cloud for explorers
• Leading and optimizing development processes
• Experience in positions Project manager or CTO, product development or other positions with similar responsibilities for 2 years (overall experience of at least 6-8 years)
• Experience in building and optimizing systems for working with large data volumes, both at the level of DB and interactions between services
• Research and implementation (R&D)
• Experience in developing on NodeJS for 2 years
• Basic experience of a developer in the crypto area (web3, API, nft, erc20, basic contract analysis solidity)
