Lead Engineer - Software and Controls

As Lead Engineer for Software & Controls, you will design, develop and verify software and control architectures for both new and existing vehicle platforms. You’ll lead the delivery of model-based control systems, ensuring robust processes, controlled software management and best-practice engineering throughout the full application lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in software and controls engineering
• Experience gained in automotive, commercial vehicles, heavy industries or similarly complex engineered systems
• Developing model-based software in Simulink/Stateflow
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN, LIN and IP
• Experience managing software through structured development and quality processes
