Lead Engineer - Software and Controls

As Lead Engineer for Software & Controls, you will design, develop and verify software and control architectures for both new and existing vehicle platforms. You’ll lead the delivery of model‐based control systems, ensuring robust processes, controlled software management and best‐practice engineering throughout the full application lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in software and controls engineering
• Experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, heavy industries or similarly complex engineered systems
• Ability to develop model‐based software in Simulink/Stateflow
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN, LIN and IP
• Experience managing software through structured development and quality processes
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to support multiple concurrent projects and guide others in best‐practice engineering methods
