Requirements

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to site leadership
• Analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Support capital planning activities
• Evaluate operational performance metrics
• Validate and track cost savings initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and financial reporting standards
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Lead or support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects
