Immigration Attorney- (Litigation)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of litigation experience in immigration court, including handling Individual Calendar Hearings (ICH), Master Calendar Hearings (MCH), bond hearings, USCIS interviews, and post-conviction relief.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with a state bar
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience practicing law, with a strong emphasis on immigration litigation
• Proven experience representing clients in immigration courts and administrative proceedings
• Criminal defense experience is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining strong attention to detail and client-focused service
