Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance team, ensure a safe work environment, and implement department goals and initiatives. They will also perform employee reviews, coaching conversations, and encouragement to support employee growth and development.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent degree required or 5 years of work experience
- Associates degree in Machine Tool Technology, Mechatronics or related program preferred
- 1+ years of experience in PLC, CNC, machining, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, plumbing, and machine repair maintenance
- OR 5+ years of maintenance related experience; mechanics, hands on repair, etc.
