Job Description
The Associate Director, Medical Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing medical strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and managing medical activities to achieve objectives through scientific exchange and medical events.
Requirements
- Development and implementation of medical strategy and tactics
- Leadership and management of cross-functional teams
- Development of medical plans and strategies
- Evidence generation and publication
- Planning and promotion of Company Sponsored Research (CSR) and Externally Sponsored Research (ESR)
- Planning and implementation of MA events
- Publication plan development and execution
- Patient Support Program (PSP) and Patient Medical Programs planning and supervision
- Development and maintenance of medical KOL lists and communication plan
