Automation & Controls Lead

The Automation & Controls Lead will own the configuration, operation, maintenance, and administration of process and facility control systems and data historians across all Drug Product manufacturing systems in AAMF. This is a hands-on technical position that solves complex problems through data analysis and scientific methods, with a strong focus on process capability and system reliability.

Requirements

• Significant experience supporting automation systems in GMP manufacturing environments
• Proven experience in Drug Substance or Fill Finish facilities
• In-depth hands-on expertise with the DeltaV DCS platform
• Experience managing and working with system integrators and vendors
• Strong knowledge of control networks (Profibus, Industrial Ethernet)
• Experience with change control, deviations and GMP validation (GAMP)
