Senior Manager, Policy & Advocacy

The Senior Manager, Policy & Advocacy will create and implement strategic policy and advocacy programs and partnerships aligned to disease areas and enterprise objectives, collaborating with different functions within Alexion to ensure our engagements are strategic and focused on enhancing patient access to potentially life-changing therapies, as well as awareness and education.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• Minimum 5+ years in policy development, patient advocacy, government affairs, corporate affairs or related fields in regulated, complex, or multinational environments
• Deep knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system and rare disease ecosystem, patient advocacy community and life sciences stakeholder groups in Canada
