Senior Lead, Policies & Programs

The Ontario Medical Association is seeking a Senior Lead, Policies & Programs to lead the research, development, and stewardship of staff policies and people programs that support a positive and inclusive employee experience.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a field that provides foundational knowledge in organizational systems, policy development, and people practices
• 4-5 years of progressive experience in policy development, organizational development, people programs, or related people centred work
• Demonstrated experience applying an equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility lens to policy, program, or process design
