As a Human Resources Coordinator at Alfa Laval, you'll help ensure smooth daily operations across HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and development. You'll coordinate HR activities, maintain accurate employee records, and assist with policy implementation and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred with relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years' of experience in HR coordination, administration, or similar roles
- Previous experience in HR roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments a plus
- Strong understanding of HR processes and local employment regulations
- Experience working with HR systems and data management tools (Workday, Monday board, and ADP)
- Experience working with digitalization systems such as Bright Author a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software platforms
- Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally
