We are looking for an IT Support First Level who will support our colleagues with technical expertise reliably - on-site in Hamburg and remotely in the DACH region.
Requirements
- Technical education as a system integrator or similar
- Several years of experience as IT support ideally in an internationally operating company
- Experience in dealing with Windows and iOS hardware
- Hands-on mentality and service-oriented help with clear communication
- Structurally document and work cleanly
- Team player who can work independently and take technical responsibility
- Very good German and English skills in word and script
