Job Description
ALFA LAVAL is seeking a Production Engineer - Test Area to support industrialization and improvement of test technology technologies, manage medium/large projects, and drive process innovation, change management, and operational optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or diploma in technical/scientific subjects
- Strong focus on process innovation, change management, and operational optimization
- 2/3 years in manufacturing process improvement activities
- Ability to operate in teams, result-oriented, time management
- Fluent English
- Lean Six Sigma methodology (preferable)
- Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
- Good familiarity with the Office package, especially with Excel
- Proactive approach to problems and processes with a focus on continuous improvement
- Good problem-solving ability
- Ability to organize activity according to priorities and in a flexible manner
