Manufacturing Engineer

Littelfuse is a leading manufacturer of electronic components seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive continuous improvement, analyze production processes, and support the production team.

Requirements

• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and production teams to identify and resolve process-related production issues
• Take accountability for manufacturing line performance in terms of safety, quality, and efficiency
• Analyze errors and deviations in production processes and implement effective corrective and preventive solutions
• Apply lean tools to eliminate waste and improve production flow
• Prepare technical reports, update work instructions, and maintain accurate technical documentation
• Identify and support automation projects related to cost reduction initiatives and capacity expansion programs
• Collaborate with product development teams to support cost estimation and design new manufacturing processes for new product introductions
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies to enhance manufacturing processes through automation and AI-driven improvements
