Job Description
Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join our team in Maputo, Mozambique. This role offers a diverse and fast-paced challenge for a driven HR professional within our Southern Africa operations.
Requirements
- Statutory Reporting: Proven expertise in the completion and timely submission of local compliance plans, including Employment Equity (EE) and Skills Development (SDF) reporting.
- Talent Acquisition: Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, headhunting, and managing the candidate journey from offer to induction.
- HR Systems: Proficiency in maintaining HR databases (ideally BambooHR) with high data integrity.
- Compliance & Labor Law: Strong knowledge of Mozambique labor legislation, including disciplinary proceedings, IOD claims, and benefits administration (Pension/UIF).
- BEE/Audit Support: Experience assisting with Management Control and Skills Development categories for annual audits.
