Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Supervisor to oversee and strengthen the technical integrity of laboratory operations, ensuring all analytical methods, instrumentation, and quality processes align with industry best practices.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of laboratory quality systems and method validation principles.
- In-depth knowledge of instrument performance, calibration, and maintenance systems.
- Understanding of basic mineral preparation and analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to address technical bottlenecks.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, LIMS).
- Understanding of laboratory health and safety (K3) implementation and technical compliance.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to laboratory personnel.
