Job Description
We're looking for a Media Team Leader to lead a team of media creators and turn them into a high-output content machine. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience scaling creative production, 3+ years of experience in leading and managing teams, and a background in digital marketing & e-commerce.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience scaling creative production
- 3+ years of experience in leading and managing teams
- A yoda-like knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working with Frame.io, Studio Binder, and Miro
- Solid motion graphic skills
- Stay on top of the latest AI tools and know how to use them to make production faster, more efficient, and more effective
- A background in digital marketing & e-commerce
- A solid grasp of budgeting and finance basics
