Job Description
DPG Media is seeking an experienced leader to lead the creative production organization of VTM through a critical transformation into a streaming-first player. The role involves setting strategic lines, streamlining daily creative operations, and building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in creative communication, media, entertainment, or audiovisual production
- Proven track record of leading creative teams in a complex and changing environment
