Job Description
We're looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Specialist to develop and execute CRM strategies to increase customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in CRM management and lifecycle marketing, preferably in EdTech or SaaS, and be proficient in CRM platforms like HubSpot.
Requirements
- Proven experience in CRM management and lifecycle marketing, preferably in EdTech or SaaS
- Proficient in CRM platforms like HubSpot, with a solid understanding of marketing automation and campaign management
- Advanced skills in customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing
- Strong data analysis and reporting abilities to measure campaign success and make data-driven improvements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
- Experience with direct communication strategies such as WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications
